Our hard-to-find products are handcrafted and imported direct to our warehouse. Due to the limited quantities that we buy, our products change frequently.

Our mandate is to seek out unique items – everything from authentic tribal masks to contemporary, functional home decor and exotic jewelry.

Tropic Design Imports has an excellent reputation for customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or refund.

We choose to focus on purchasing products made with easily replaceable resources such as the fast growing softwoods and bamboo, clay products, and fabrics that are hand painted or woven in small family run operations.

Our suppliers are mostly operating from there own family compounds where all the generations of one family gather to carve, paint, string beads or weave. Each person in these extended families have there own part of the process, even the school age children will come home from school and help if they want, but school, religious ceremonies and traditions come first.
