Below are answers to some of the more commonly asked questions about our company and/or products. If you cannot find the question to your answer below, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Is there a minimum order?
No. Note: that due to the unusual shape and size of many of our pieces, that shipping costs may exceed this minimum purchase value however adding pieces usually does not add significanly to the shipping costs.

How can I pay for the order?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal

How do you ship?
Generally we ship by Expedited Parcel Canada Post. If you wish to ship by FedEx, or UPS we will arrange it and contact you for approval of any additional costs.

International shipping:
Each Country has a different set of rules, regulations, and charges on goods being imported accross the border. We sell the goods free of sales and export tax when shipped outside Canada. Some countries will charge import duty or taxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of Customs and Duties for their respective Country’s, if there are any. We assume no responsibility for those extra charges. Note: At present our product is shipped from Canada and the origin of our products are outside of Canada-USA Free trade agreements therfore it is expected that some amount of duty and import charges will be incurred by the customer.

What is the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping are NOT included in the prices. Cost varies according to quantities and destination. However you can expect the cost of shipping to be approximately between 5 and 15 % of the cost of the goods. Due to the size of many items, over a meter in length, 3’, many packages are shipped at an oversize parcel rate. Customes and duty charges, if any, are assesed by your boarder service agents and are in addition to any shipping costs paid to us. Customs and duty charges are paid to your federal government.

What is a time frame for shipping an order?
Shipping is usely done within 2 business days. Depending on your location, it could be arriving within the next day or two or up to a maximum of 14 business days.

What about defective products?
Every product is double, triple checked for defects or flaws. If, however in a rare case, you still find a defect or a flaw in one of the items, we will gladly exchange it at our cost, as long as it is done within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please keep in mind that our wood products are handmade with natural wood material. You will notice the normal imperfections, small cracks, etc. No two are alike.

What types of wood are your pieces carved out of?
The types of wood used are ebony, sesse, odum, mahogany, bamboo and coconut.

Are all of your wood carvings hand carved?
Yes, all our products are hand carved.

Are the items I purchase the same quality as the photos on the website?
Yes, the items shipped are of the same quality as the photos on the web site.
