Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with merchandise purchased from us, return it within 14 days and we will exchange it, credit or refund your money. When returning merchandise, always include a copy of your invoice. Please ensure prior notice is given before an item is shipped back.

Shipping:
Within Canada using Canada Post Standard Ground Delivery will be three to six business days. Within USA using Canada Post Standard Ground Delivery, the shipping time will be ten to fourteen business days. Any shipments held at US Customs can delay delivery time. Tropic Design Imports will not be responsible for custom/duty charges.

NOTE: International Orders will have a higher shipping charge than the domestic Canadian Shipping. Rates depend on the country you are ordering from.
